What is your nightly rate?

Please visit our Airbnb page to view our most current nightly rate and discounts.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes we do! We offer 10% off stays 7 nights and over, as well as a 20% discount for stays 28 nights or longer!

What is your cancelation policy?

For a full refund you must contact us 7 days before your booking date. If you cancel after the 7 days we will refund 25% of nights booked.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in will be at 4pm, however if you need an earlier check in time we will try our best to accommodate.

Checkout is at 11am.

Where do we park?

There is a large two car driveway located on the back of the property.

Where do we enter?

Guests are to enter through the side of the property, the short term rental entrance is 66 Monroe Street.

Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, due to allergy concerns to guests, we do not allow pets on the property.

Do you have a minimum night stay?

We have a minimum of a two night stay.

How many people can you accommodate? How Many Beds?

Our rental can accommodate up to 5 people, we offer two queen beds and one twin bed.
